Lose 10 Pounds in two days

I think a lot of obesity people live in the United States. Why they are get fat because they always eat too fatty foods and much drink soda. But if they change eating habit, could lose weight and they should fellow this two directions. First, only drink water and too much do exercise. When you wake up in the morning, drink one bottle of water and then go to the park. While you go to the park, you cannot bring your water bottle and run fast. Next when you arrive at the park, shout loudly many times and then you drink one bottle of water. Next go to gym and do exercise and swim each one hour and then go to bed, but it does not matter when you go to early. Second, if you want to lose weight in two days, should eat only vegetable and fruit. I think it is best way for lose weight. The first step is when you have a meal in a day, you should eat a bunch of grape. And it is discovered by scientist recently, so if you have not a meal, do not worry about your health.
